MASTER NICK BAJRA

Master Nick Bajra, the founder of Sono Dojo in Norwalk, Connecticut, has been a guiding force in the martial arts community for nearly 30 years. Originally from Kosova, Master Nick’s journey has been shaped by diverse experiences, including his service in the Yugoslavian Army and training across Europe, where he honed his skills in Savate and other martial arts. After moving to the U.S., he founded Sono Dojo in 1995 with the mission of sharing his passion for martial arts and helping others achieve personal growth.

Over the years, Master Nick has trained more than 5,000 students, offering a comprehensive approach that blends different martial arts styles. His teaching goes beyond physical techniques, focusing on building discipline, confidence, and mental resilience. He is dedicated to creating a supportive, community-focused environment where students of all backgrounds can thrive.

Under Master Nick’s leadership, Sono Dojo has become a cornerstone for martial arts training in Norwalk, known for its high standards and welcoming atmosphere. His vision extends beyond the dojo walls, fostering a culture of respect, growth, and camaraderie.
